The project is a unit price contract. A decrease in the workload of the contract or an increase in the estimated workloads given in the invitation to tender does not justify a change in the unit prices of the contract. Billing is carried out according to actual, measured quantities.

Trees, stumps, branches and topsoil have been removed from the contract area. The contract includes excavation and crushing work as well as crushing of rocks accumulated during the removal of topsoil.

The rock loose is excavated at the level of tsv - 1050 mm. In the area to be excavated, the quarry surface is leveled at the level of tsv - 550 mm.

Before the work begins, the contractor draws up and approves a safety plan for the excavation work at the client.

The contractor obtains the statutory permits required for the excavation work and submits the necessary notifications.

The excavation contractor appoints a blasting foreman responsible for the excavation work to the site, who must have a certificate of qualification for the person in charge of the blasting work.

There is a wastewater treatment plant in the vicinity of the contract area. It is up to the excavation contractor to carry out the necessary inspections and vibration measurements.
