These are prime contracting services within the meaning of the MOP law (EP, AVP-PRO, VISA, execution studies, DET, AOR).

Other additional services are provided for in this framework agreement. These services include: carrying out conflicting studies, carrying out additional investigations and / or locating operations by detecting networks without excavations and, in the design phase, where applicable: performing asbestos HAP diagnostics in the asphalt by taking samples by coring and analysis by certified laboratory, or making special cases as well as needs, at the request of the SIEA. This framework agreement is concluded with no minimum or maximum, with issuance of purchase orders, for a period of four years from its notification.

The works to be completed belong to the category of infrastructure works in new construction / reconstruction and rehabilitation.
