The subject of the order is:
"Task No. 1 - purchase of a brand new bus with an engine meeting the Euro VI standard, for the transport of passengers. The bus must have 20 seats (19 + 1 driver), adapted to the transport of disabled people, including 2 places for a wheelchair.
"Task No. 2 - purchase of a brand new bus, intended for passenger transport, with an electric drive of category M3". The bus must have a total of 22 seats, including: 16 seated, 6 standing, wheelchair space, + 1 driver.
Buses must be brand new, complete, free from defects in design, materials, workmanship and law, manufactured in 2023 or 2024. Buses must have the legally required approvals.
In accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Use and Section II.2.4 of this notice,
"Task No. 1 - purchase of a brand new bus designed for passenger transport with an engine meeting the Euro VI standard"1. The object of the order is:
"Task No. 1 - purchase of a brand new bus with an engine meeting the Euro VI standard, intended for passenger transport. The bus must have 20 seats (19 + 1 driver), adapted to the transport of disabled people, including 2 places for a wheelchair. The bus must be brand new, complete, free from defects in design, materials, workmanship and legality, manufactured in 2023 or 2024. The bus must have the legally required approvals.
1) The detailed scope and manner of implementation of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the said specification of the terms and conditions of the contract and the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference (including Appendix No. 3 to the draft contract - description of the technical specification of buses for Task No. 1 and Task No. 2).
2) The said Order will be implemented with the participation of funds from the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Program.
3) The Ordering Party requires a guarantee and warranty for the subject of the order for a period of at least 2 years. Warranty and warranty for Zad. No. 1 and Rump. No. 2 (for the electric motor/drive, all components of the bus, including the proper functioning of the bus, material and manufacturing defects and the body used for the transport of passengers) starting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol with a limit of 200,000 kilometers for the entire period of validity.
Attention:
The warranty period is a criterion for the evaluation of offers. Detailed information on the method of evaluation of tenders is included in point 21 of the Terms of Reference. The warranty in the field of corrosion perforation of the body is not a criterion for the evaluation of offers.
2. Deadline for the completion of the order: 11 months from the date of signing the contract, for the Task. No. 1 and Rump. No. 2.
3. The order in question must be executed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Reference.
4. The Ordering Party does not require:
- the performance by the Contractor of a local vision or,
- checking by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the execution of the order available on the spot with the Contracting Authority.
