The client for this tender is the municipality of Zevenaar.

Through a public tender, the catering industry in HAL12 is tendered by the municipality of Zevenaar to a catering operator. The operator enters into a concession agreement for 5 years and commits himself to a number of substantive and financial agreements regarding the operation of the hotel and catering industry. The exploitation consists of three main elements: the daily operation of a brasserie, the provision of catering for the municipality of Zevenaar and users of HAL12 and the exploitation of the hospitality industry around various activities in HAL12. The operator receives the exclusive right of exploitation for hospitality in HAL12. The municipality makes spaces, large inventory and large (catering) equipment available. For the concession and the provision of spaces, inventory and (catering) equipment, the municipality requests a payment from the operator.
