The subject of the contract is the purchase of active electricity for the Municipal Waterworks in Radom Sp. z o.o. The scope of the contract includes the sale of electricity up to 95 consumption points.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity active for the Municipal Waterworks in Radom Sp. z o.o. The scope of the contract includes the sale of electricity up to 95 consumption points.

2. The list of consumption points together with relevant information on the conditions under which the sale of electricity is currently provided and the detailed demand for electricity constitutes a separate document – under the name "Annex No. A and B to the Description of the Subject of the Contract". This annex contains the value of electricity consumption guaranteed by the Ordering Party for the entire duration of the contract.

3. The estimated amount of energy supplied during the delivery period shall be: 19 495,336,00 kWh, broken down by consumption in the specified tariff groups
