The Administration reserves the right to exercise, within 36 months from the signing of the purchase contract, the right to opt for up to a further n. 1,000 portable radio devices complete with battery, n. 1,000 batteries in addition and n. 18 programming interface kits.

The radio equipment must be in the VHF band (in the analog and DMR standards), with DAPnet communication protocol, must have the minimum characteristics provided for by the specifications and comply with the reference indicated in the specifications itself.

The supply contract will be entrusted to the competitor who proposes the lowest price through open procedure dematerialized in ASP (Application Service Provider) mode.
