1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in the period from 01/01/2020. until December 31, 2020 up to 502 tapping points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) 6,975.78 MWh, of which:
1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the contract) - 5,977,08 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the Terms of Reference
2) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 2 of the contract) - 998.70 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the Terms of Reference.

3. The following billing periods are customarily used:

4. The contract will be awarded in two parts:
Lot 1 of the contract - Supply of electricity to premises and facilities
Lot 2 - Supply of electricity for road lighting
1. Number of measuring systems accounting for electricity consumed 362 pcs.
2. The awarding entity has included a detailed description of the collection points (PPE) in Annex 1a to the ToR.
3. Estimated electricity consumption over the duration of the contract (+/- 10%) 5,977.08 MWh, of which:
Zone I 4,033.96 MWh
Zone II 1,943.12 MWh
Zone III 0.00 MWh
The above data is indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.
4. Measuring systems with the tariff group B are adapted to the procedure of changing the seller.
5. Deliveries will take place from 01/01/2020. until 31.12.2020, with the proviso that details of delivery dates (start and end) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the ToR, column "Delivery period"
6. Current contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned date of commencement of supplies (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
7. As a result of the outcome of the procedure, 11 contracts will be concluded.
8. Quality standards: The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with specified quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
The quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of 10 April 1997. - Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of May 4, 2007. on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended). The rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of March 6, 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503, as amended).
9. The Employer has foreseen the possibility of changing the amount of PPE resulting from the inclusion of new PPE in the contract in connection with e.g. the takeover of points from other entities, the construction of new ones or e.g. the decommissioning of the facility, change in the legal status of the facility.
10. The forecast electricity consumption indicated in the procedure is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the contract period. Reducing or increasing the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for the contracting parties (recipients), except for the need to pay for the energy actually consumed at the rates specified in the Contract.
11. Gross unit prices for 1 MWh provided by the Contractor will remain unchanged throughout the contract period, subject to the provisions of the Contract (§ 17 Material provisions of the contract - Annex 5 to the ToR).
