Implementation of the reception service at the Frankfurt Police Department, Marie-Curie-Straße 30 for the Hesse State Office for Construction and Real Estate (LBIH), Rhine-Main Branch.

The scope of services includes, in particular:

• Staffing the reception desk

• Control of visitor traffic (information to the police and escort of visitors to the office)

• Acceptance of postal items and smaller freight items including delivery to the post office

• Point of contact for emergencies

The calculation is based on 252 billable working days (Monday to Friday) and 4,032 annual working hours for the reception service (2 persons of 8 hours each working day) in the day shift.
