The building will be desamaged, completely hollowed out and exposed (facades, roofs, interior and finishing, technical installations), and the passageways and the external fire escape will be replaced by new concrete elements. The building envelope will be provided with a new aluminum joinery (3-chamber profiles, HR glazing); high performance insulation placement behind composite facade panels; renovation of the roof covering with additional thermal insulation. Redevelopment and interior reorganization of apartments, with particular attention to thermal and acoustic insulation. Complete renovation of the technical installations with centralized production of heat and hot water with distribution to the apartments. Centralized and closed ventilation system (system D) with supply and extraction lines with heat recovery. New electrical and sanitary installation and renewal of all equipment. Finishing of common areas and apartments (acoustic / thermal insulation of the floor and flooring on floating screed, wall and false ceilings, interior carpentry and painting).
This contract is launched under the resolutory condition of the non-receipt of planning permission for the proposed works, introduced on 28.3.2018. The contracting authority thus reserves the right not to award the contract in the event that the permit is not issued at the time of the decision awarding the contract. In the event of non-award of the contract, the tenderers will not be able to claim any compensation.
