The client intends to build a support heating plant (total capacity 45 MW). The client supplies citizens, companies and municipal facilities in Unterföhring with district heating from four deep geothermal boreholes. The support heating system based on natural gas is to serve as a redundancy and for peak load. This is where the VE30 I&C technology is awarded.
Equipping a new heating plant to be built with electrotechnical systems for the following sub-areas:
• Creation of a medium-voltage system including grinding into the medium-voltage grid from the local utility company with switchgear and transformer (1600 kVA)
• Creation of a low-voltage main distribution, rated current 2500 A, with feed and coupling switch, connection to emergency power system and NH outlet fields
• Emergency power system 1200 kVA
• Creation of sub-distributors for the building installation including building equipment
• Cable laying including construction of the associated electrical routes
• Fire protection isolation of the ELT breakthroughs
• External and internal lightning protection with equipotential bonding and grounding of the entire system
• General and emergency lighting
• Fire alarm system / house alarm
• Structured telecommunications cabling
The bidder must be able to supply medium-voltage and low-voltage systems, including transformers, and to assemble them ready for operation. The medium-voltage system must be built according to the specifications of the local energy supplier, a permit must be submitted.
Low- and low-voltage installations as well as telecommunications and safety systems must be erected and manufactured ready for operation and professionally measured after commissioning. The same applies to the lightning protection and grounding system and equipotential bonding. Installer confirmations must be issued for all systems after completion of the work.
