The subject of this order is the modernization of the server and network infrastructure of the virtual environment for the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology – National Research Institute Branch in Gliwice.

Information clause arising from Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC The Ordering Authority posted in SWZ.
The Contracting Authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement, the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system, electronic auctions and supplementary orders.
The proceedings do not cover the objections set out in Article 94 of the Pzp Act.
Information on the Contractors' joint application for the award of the contract is contained in Chapter IX of the SWZ.
In order to participate in the public procurement procedure, a tender deposit in the amount of PLN 54,000.00 (in words: fifty-four thousand zlotys 00/100) must be paid.
The contractor whose bid is selected (considered the most advantageous) is obliged to provide a performance bond of 3% of the total price specified in the offer before concluding the public procurement contract.
Deadline for completion of the subject of the contract: up to 2 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Tender evaluation criteria: 90% PRICE / 10% EVALUATED PARAMETERS (in accordance with Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference)
After selecting the most advantageous offer, in order to conclude a public procurement contract, the Contractor will be obliged to:
1) submission of a power of attorney document for the person concluding the contract on behalf of the Contractor, unless the authorization to represent the Contractor results from the Contractor's registration documents, if the Contracting Authority can obtain them using free and publicly available databases, or the power of attorney document has not been previously submitted during the procurement procedure,
2) in the case of selection of the most advantageous offer submitted by the Contractors jointly applying for
for the award of the contract, submit a copy of the agreement governing the cooperation of these entities (e.g. consortium agreement, civil partnership agreement).
3) provide a performance bond, in accordance with the information contained in Chapter XIX of the Terms of Reference.
In the event that the security is provided in a form other than money, the Contracting Authority requires that the draft document be sent to the following address: przetargi@gliwice.nio.gov.pl at least two days before the conclusion of the contract in order to verify its correctness.
4) submission of the catalogue product number (P/N) of 7-year support or the manufacturer's statement indicating that such an extended period of support is assumed by the manufacturer for this machine – applies to type 1 and type 2 servers in accordance with the provisions of Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.
