Pharmacy supply - District Hospital Siegen

Kreisklinikum Siegen GmbH intends to conclude a framework contract for the supply and delivery of drugs and vaccines including the necessary services according to §14 ApoG.

In particular, the appropriate proximity of the pharmacy to the hospital should be emphasized (<1 hour drive), which is clearly defined with reference to the judgment of August 30, 2012 BVerwG 3 C 24.11.

The aim of the tender is an economical, high-quality and safe supply of pharmaceuticals and pharmaco-economic process control in the Siegen district hospital.

The Kreisklinikum Siegen GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the client) intends to conclude a framework contract for the supply and delivery of drugs and vaccines including the necessary services according to §14 ApoG.

The fulfillment of the supply task with regard to the drugs and vaccines includes, in addition to the provision of these, tasks of advice, stocking and production as well as monitoring in accordance with the statutory provisions and the following agreements.

The supply contract to be concluded requires official approval in accordance with Section 14 (5) ApoG. The client points out that it has no influence on the approval decision of the competent authority. The distance between the pharmacy and the clinic, as well as the required travel time according to the route planner, must be specified.

Furthermore, the contract to be concluded in connection with the collection, processing and use of personal data must be checked on site by the bidder in accordance with Article 5ff of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) prior to the award of the contract.

The specified required quantities were determined on the basis of the actual consumption in 2020. The specified quantities are only used for calculation purposes and do not result in any purchase obligations, neither for individual orders nor for the annual purchase quantity.

The drugs listed in the drug list (file attachment) are the cumulative quantities of the order year 2020. If there is a change to the listed products, the contractor is obliged to deliver an equivalent delivery within the framework of the statutory provisions.

A new addition of individual products is possible at any time. The contractor submits a corresponding offer to the clinic for decision-making purposes.
