Phased demolition, including asbestos and chromium-6 remediation, of the West flank of the Radboudumc. Demolition takes place in 3 phases.

- phase 1, with a size of approx. 5,000 m2 bvo: October 2022 to March 2023;

- phase 2, with a size of approx. 39,000 m2 bvo: April 2023 to July 2025;

- phase 3, with a size of approx. 30,000 m2 bvo: April 2025 to December 2026.

The contract (s) for demolition will also be given in phases.
