"Winter maintenance of roads, sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots in the boguszów – Gorce commune"

The subject of the contract is winter maintenance of roads, pavements, passages, squares and parking lots in the municipality of Boguszów-Gorce. The subject of the contract has been divided into two tasks.

Task I: Winter road maintenance in the municipality of Boguszów – Gorce

The subject of the Order is:

- snow removal with a road patrol system according to the standards of their winter maintenance,

- combating black ice and winter slipperiness with the use of chemicals (NaCl or CaCl2, MgCl2 brines) and a roughening material in the form of sand,

- collecting and removing residual snow to the destination for a distance of up to 10 km (place indicated by the Contractor in agreement with the Ordering Party),

- ensuring sufficient sand and salt (material, transport, storage and storage) necessary to carry out the winter action,

- after the end of the winter road maintenance period - at least one-time mechanical and manual cleaning of sand from the streets and one-time cleaning of storm water drains, along with ensuring the removal of the generated waste for disposal,

- performing other activities that prove necessary for the proper provision of the service, including ensuring road safety.

Remark! By winter road maintenance, the contracting authority understands activities consisting in snow removal with a road patrol system, combating black ice and winter slippery with the use of chemicals (NaCl or CaCl2, MgCl2 brine) and roughening material in the form of sand and collecting and removing residual snow.

Detailed specification of the subject of the contract in the field of winter road maintenance along with the list of streets, their lengths and the standard and order of snow removal as well as places from which snow should be removed is presented in Annex 1 to the contract.

Task II: Winter maintenance of sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots in the municipality of Boguszów – Gorce

The subject of the Order is:

- snow removal with a patrol system of paved sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots according to the standards of their winter maintenance,

- combating black ice and winter slipperiness with the use of chemicals (NaCl or CaCl2, MgCl2 brines) and a roughening material in the form of sand,

- collecting and transporting residual snow to the destination over a distance of up to 10 km (place indicated by the Contractor in agreement with the Contracting Entity),

- ensuring an adequate amount of sand and salt (material, transport, storage and storage) necessary to carry out the winter action,

- performing other activities that prove necessary for the proper provision of the service, including ensuring road safety,

- current emptying of street bins and containers for dog excrement and disposal of waste collected as a result of the contract, for disposal.

By winter maintenance of sidewalks, he understands activities consisting in snow removal manually and mechanically with a patrol system of sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots according to the standards of their winter maintenance, combating black ice and winter slipperiness with the use of chemicals (NaCl or CaCl2, MgCl2 brines) and roughening material in the form of sand, collecting and removing residual snow.
