writing and editing work in its entirety, understood as the preparation of the original text, commissioning of collaborations, preparation of graphic originals (photographs, infographics, illustrations, etc.), design, layout, pre-printing and printing, delivery of the publication (in PDF and paper), updating and maintenance of the website www.zeberri.eus (domain, index, contents ...) and reception of the magazine and control of its distribution

The dissemination, among the inhabitants of the local entities participating in the initiative, of information regarding Basque and Basque culture, in a positive, attractive and optimistic tone so that it reaches as many people as possible. To achieve this objective, Basque and Spanish are used, so that each article arrives in the appropriate language for each linguistic group according to its characteristics and interest.

The works will be divided into two concepts: a fixed one that includes the work of writing, layout and full elaboration of the magazine and maintenance and updating of the website www.zeberri.eus; and another variable, which corresponds to the printing on paper of the magazine, which may vary in case of increasing or reducing the print run.
