The provision of medical equipment and furniture in the form of rental by fixed periods of seven days. The equipment and associated services covered by this consultation are those provided for in Article L. 165-1 of the Social Security Code and which the establishments would need to provide for the care of their patients. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with order forms without minimum or maximum passed in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the code of public procurement. The estimate of the quantities shown in the appendix estimate of needs is indicative.
