1. The subject of the contract is the construction, implementation, support and development of the financial monitoring system for beneficiaries of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, hereinafter referred to as the "SKM System". The subject matter of the contract consists in particular of the following services:

1.1. Construction and implementation of the SKM System, including:

(a) preterm analysis,

b) implementation of the SKM System,

c) presentation of the System and initial testing,

d) initial Data Migration and System tests after the initial Migration,

e) construction of the Test System,

f) preparation of technical and operational documentation of the SKM System,

(g) implementation training.

1.2. support (also referred to as maintenance services) and development of the SKM System, including:

a) programming services,

b) configuration services,

(c) consultancy services,

(d) documentation services.

Support and development services will be provided for a minimum of 1000 man-hours and not more than 4500 man-hours for the duration of the contract.

2. The Contracting Authority requires that the contract be executed within 42 months from the date of signing the contract or until the maximum number of hours for support and development services referred to in §6 section 2 of Appendix 4 to the Terms of Reference is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

The deadline for the construction and implementation of the SKM System will be in accordance with the Contractor's offer, with the proviso that it may not be shorter than 120 working days or longer than 300 working days from the date of signing the contract with the Contractor.

3. This order is part of a larger order with an estimated net value of PLN 8095245.21 in total, and the value of this order (this part of the contract) is indicated in section II.1.5 of the announcement.
