The object of the award is a contract for the conclusion of a framework contract for services in the field of personnel services. These personnel services are provided as classic temporary employment according to the AÜG. With the conclusion of the award procedure HF3/22/003, a framework agreement for the personnel leasing of employees in passenger management on the platform and on the train for DB Regio AG for the period from 01.05.2023 to 30.04.2025 is to be concluded. The client has the option of extending the contract of 12 months 2 times. The respective option must be exercised by the client at the latest 2 months before the end of the respective term.
