Bergen Municipality, c/o the Agency for Sports, would like to procure a lighting control system for floodlights at our outdoor sports facilities. We need a total supplier to carry out the delivery and provide continuing services.

The lighting control system ought to use motivating elements that encourage good and professionally correct follow-up of assignments, activities, and processes. It is important that the lighting control system is easy to use, both for the municipality's employees as the administrator, and for external users. We would like the administrator to have an option not give role access to external users. The system ought to be available through a web browser and on mobile units.

We would like the tenderer to make a system available that can be connected to the units that are installed at the floodlight sites. These are football pitches, lighted ski tracks, and any other local community facilities. New floodlight sites that are erected could also be part of the project.

Sports facilities:

These can consist of one or more football pitches, as well as an athletics track in some places. Some sites are divided into zones, so that it can be possible to control the floodlights on individual pitches (zone) and not the entire sports facility.

Local community facilities:

These are facilities or areas that are suitable for self-organised physical activity. The local community facilities can include different elements such as a volleyball pitch, cycle track, parkour installations, or other activity zones.

Lighted ski tracks:

These are ski tracks or a ski track with permanent lighting.
