The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of Brøndgods for wastewater, district heating for Competence Zealand (KCS) and five utilities on Zealand.KCS offers on behalf of the following utilities: KCS v. Odsherred Forsyning A/S, Ringsted Forsyning A/S, Faxe Forsyning A/S, KLAR FORSYNING A/S V. Køge Drain A/S, Greve Spildevand A/S, Solrød Strand A/S, Stevns Spildevand A/S, Fors v. Fors Spildevand Roskilde A/S, Fors Spildevand Holbæk A/S, Fors Spildevand Lejre A/S, Lolland Forsyning A/S, ENVAFORS v. SK Service A/S and Vordingborg Forsyningservice A/S (separately "Client" and jointly "Clientes") have ongoing needs for delivery of well goods. The majority of the procurement under the Framework Agreement is expected to be used for wastewater activities, the tender is therefore carried out as a public tender, cf. the Public Procurement Act, LBK no. 10 of 06/01/2023, which means that anyone can submit a tender.
