Services related to the waste treatment and recovery service through mechanical/manual selection and mechanical handling at the selection and recovery plant in Voltana (RA).

The expected contractual validity period is 48 months, possibly renewable for a further 12 months.

The contract concerns the services related to the waste treatment and recovery service through mechanical/manual selection and mechanical handling at the selection and recovery plant in Voltana (RA). In particular, it refers to the operational activities necessary to carry out the processes of valorisation of recoverable fractions carried out on the various processing lines.

The activities required are specific and detailed according to the types of incoming waste, by way of example: extraction of foreign fractions and pressing of paper waste deriving from separate collection of urban or industrial origin given in bulk and paper waste deriving from joint separate collection delivered in bags; extraction and separation treatment of fractions recoverable goods (paper, wood, plastic, metals, etc.) in automatic/manual line with the possible help of mechanical means on the ground and pressing of the compressible fractions recovered in multi-materials, mixed packaging, of urban and/or industrial origin consisting of different dry fractions; extraction of foreign fractions and pressing of plastic waste resulting from separate collection of origin industrial; mechanical selection of bulky waste, wood loading, allowances and other waste/bulk materials, MPS loading or packed waste, etc.

Ancillary activities such as technical and civil cleaning of the plant are also included.
