The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management in accordance with Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Law of 28.09.1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275, amended) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and forest management Nursery in Gosp. Nursery in Krępsk, chemical plant protection in the territory of the N-Ctwa Goleniów and the performance of services in the field of harvesting cones from lying trees, for Gosp purposes. The procedure is carried out in the mode of unlimited invitation to tender under Article 129 (1) (1) in the form of Art. 129 (1) (1)) as referred to in Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11.09.2019 Pzp (t.jedn.Dz. of 2021 item 11221, item 1129 (2) of the Law of 11.09.2019. 9 of d.) and implementing acts to the PZP. The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

The object of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 with zm) covering work on farming and forest protection, fire protection, logging and breaking timber to be carried out in the area of the Goleniów Forest District in the forestings of Niewiadowo and Mosty in the year 2022. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and retraction of timber specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works included in the order and a description of the rules for the reception of forestry works is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ. The quantities of work falling within the scope of the contract are estimated in the SWZ. The amount of work commissioned to be carried out during the implementation of the subject of the contract may be less than the quantity presented in the SWZ. however, which cannot be the basis for any claims made by the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority regardless of their legal basis. The Contracting Authority may contract a work scope less than indicated in the SWZ during the implementation of the Agreement, but not less than 70% of the value of the subject of the contract.

The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).

The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and lumber spills set out in the Annex No.3 to SWZ. A detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works included in the contract and a description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The quantities of work falling within the scope of the contract are estimated in the SWZ. The amount of work commissioned to perform during the implementation of the subject matter of the contract may be less than the quantity presented in the SWZ. which, however, cannot be the basis for any claims of the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority regardless of their legal basis. The Contracting Authority may order during the implementation of the Agreement a range of work less than those indicated in the SWZ, but not less than 70% of the value of the subject of the contract.
