Meland municipality, c/o the Planning, development and municipal engineering, carries out i.a. planning and construction of new water and sewage systems in the municipality. The engineering design of the Water and Sewage systems is mainly conducted by external Water and Sewage consultants.

This procurement involves parallel framework agreements for Water and Sewage related engineering design and consultancy services. Provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenderers, the contracting authority will enter into 3 parallel framework agreements. The relevant consultancy and engineering design assignments are further described in Meland municipality's measure plan for water supply, sewage and water environment 2015-2019. See annex 4.
