The Contracting Authority shall procure asphalt works for Lillehammer, Gausdal, Øyer and Nord-Fron municipalities.

The agreement shall primarily comprise new laying of asphalt on municipal gravel roads, re-asphalting, repairs after excavation work, renewing of surface treatment and special assignment such as milling of asphalt cover.

Ringebu (option) and Nord-Fron reserve the right that asphalt works can also be part of other tenders where appropriate.

Generally the service is required to be implemented in accordance with the, at any given time, valid laws, regulations and other administration requirements, and as a minimum be implemented in accordance with the requirements for expertise, precision and professional competence that is usual in the sector.
