The subject of the contract is the collection and management of all municipal waste arising and collected from all real estate on which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Bochnia commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.
The municipal waste collection system does not include waste resulting from business operations and public buildings, and does not include the collection of construction waste.
The commune area was divided into 2 sectors: North and South. Contractors may submit bids for all lots - details in item 3.5.
The contractor bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of the offer. The awarding entity does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure.

Sector I North includes the following cities: Baczków, Proszówki, Cikowice, Damienice, Stanisławice, Cerekiew, Bessów, Bogucice, Majkowice, Gawłów, Ostrów Szlachecki, Zatoka, Słomka, Krzyżanowice.

Sector II South includes the following towns: Brzeźnica, Gorzków, Łapczyca, Moszczenica, Chełm, Siedlec, Gierczyce, Nieszkowice Małe, Stradomka, Buczyna, Grabina, Dąbrowica, Nieprześnia, Pogwizdów, Nieszkowice Wielkie, Zawada, and Wola Nieszkowska.
