The subject of the Order is:

1. Provision of municipal waste collection, transport and management services in the period 01 September 2022 (or from the date of conclusion of the contract – if the contract is concluded after 01 September 2022) to 31 October 2023:

1) arising on real estate on which residents from the andrespol Commune live, with the exception of waste related to running a business and from real estate on which summer houses are located, or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes for part of the year

2) from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) located in Kraszewo at 5 Ekologiczna Street.

3) expired medicines from pharmacies in Andrespol at 125 Rokicińska Street (shopping center) and at 16 Projektowana Street

The subject of the Order is:

1. Provision of municipal waste collection, transport and management services in the period 01 September 2022 (or from the date of conclusion of the contract – if the contract is concluded after 01 September 2022) to 31 October 2023:

1) arising on real estate on which residents from the andrespol Commune live, with the exception of waste related to running a business and from real estate on which summer houses are located, or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes for part of the year

2) from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) located in Kraszewo at 5 Ekologiczna Street.

3) expired medicines from pharmacies in Andrespol at 125 Rokicińska Street (shopping center) and at 16 Projektowana Street

in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), the content of the resolution of July 4, 2019 of the Sejmik of the Łódź Voivodeship No. IX/149/19 amending the resolution on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódzkie Voivodeship for the years 2016-2022, taking into account the years 2023-2028 and the content of the applicable Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Andrespol.

2. The Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste generated on the properties indicated in paragraph 1 point 1, in particular:

a. mixed municipal waste and residues from waste segregation,

b. paper and cardboard,

c. glass,

d. plastics, metals, multi-material waste,

e. bioodpadów,

f. waste electrical and electronic equipment,

g. bulky waste,

h. used tyres (excluding tyres from trucks and agricultural machinery),

i. expired drugs,

j. other, including waste indicated in detail in individual parts of this description of the subject of the contract (the waste catalog is open)

- as part of the provision of services, the contractor will be obliged to collect only municipal waste, the collection of which is an activity subject to entry in the register of regulated activities in accordance with Article 9b et seq. of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities,

k. waste ineligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes.

2) collection and management of municipal waste, from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Kraszewo at 5 Ekologiczna Street, in particular:

a. construction, demolition, renovation and large-size

b. biodegradowalnych

c. paper and cardboard packaging, plastic packaging, glass, medicines, chemicals and problematic waste (fluorescent lamps, fire extinguishers, paint cans, varnishes, aerosols, used lubricants, oils, adhesives)

d. Used tyres (excluding tyres from trucks and agricultural machinery)

e. electrical and electronic equipment

3) Collection of expired medicines from pharmacies in Andrespol at 125 Rokicińska Street (shopping center) and at 16 Projektowana Street
