In the name and for the account of the Kommunales Jobcenter Hamm AöR (client), the city of Hamm is inviting tenders for a basic module in the context of a project to advise SGB II benefit recipients with health restrictions, which promotes and stabilizes the personality of the project participants and activates their resources.

The range of measures is to be used to promote and stabilize the personality (in the sense of establishing process capability) and to activate existing resources in order to be able to continue constructive, promising and sustainable integration work with the project participant.

In addition, the range of measures is intended to support the self-perception and self-esteem of the individual participants in the sense of promoting employability. The focus is on stabilizing the psycho-social life situation of the participants and promoting their health.

Health promotion is to be achieved in parallel with the stabilization of the psycho-social life situation and must not be regarded as a detached component.

The focus is on an innovative approach.

The target group of the measure includes persons who are far removed from the labour market and are eligible for benefits from the legal sphere of SGB II, for whom intensive activation assistance is required for professional integration. The target group consists exclusively of participants of the rehapro project. They have placement obstacles, which manifest themselves primarily in severe health restrictions/disabilities or physical and / or psychological instability.
