The subject of the order is the exchange of individual heat sources in the municipality of Tłuszcz: delivery and assembly along with the design and commissioning of 10 biomass boiler room installations and 62 natural gas boiler plant installations as part of the project entitled "Limiting the emission of air pollutants in the municipality of Tłuszcz", on private properties located in the municipality of Tłuszcz, divided into two parts.

Under part I - delivery and assembly together with the design and commissioning of 10 biomass boiler room installations: design documentation of 10 biomass boiler house installations in private buildings belonging to the residents of the Tłuszcz municipality and delivery of installation of biomass boiler installations on site for completed project documentation along with commissioning and instruction. Three types (sets) of biomass boiler room installations are planned, depending on their minimum capacity and the capacity of the heater, in the following amounts:

- Set I: biomass boiler with a thermal power of minimum 15 kW with a hot water heater with a capacity of approx. min. 140 l, in an amount of 4 pieces;

- Set II: biomass boiler with a thermal power of minimum 23 kW with a hot water heater with a capacity of min. 140 l, in the amount of 2 pieces;

- Set III: biomass boiler with a thermal power of minimum 23 kW with a hot water heater with a capacity of min. 190 l, in an amount of 4 pieces.

1. The Contractor is obliged to complete the Investment by 15.12.2019, subject to paragraph 2 and 3.

2. It is required that the installation within one building does not last longer than 1 day. It is not allowed that without a justified reason the Contractor interrupted the started work in the scope of one building.

3. The Contractor is required to obtain a written statement from the Dweller regarding the consent for the installation to be carried out within the period specified above. In the event that the Resident does not agree to the installation - the Employer will postpone the date of implementation of these installations for the period from 16.4.2020 to 22.5.2020. The Employer stipulates that both the consent and the lack of consent must be expressed by the Resident in writing.

Under part II - delivery and assembly together with the design and commissioning of 62 natural gas boiler installations: design documentation for 62 gas boiler installations in private buildings belonging to the residents of the Tłuszcz municipality and delivery of installation components and installation of gas boilers on site terrestrial based on the design documentation together with commissioning and instruction and along with the execution of the gas installation from the gas box to the heat source in 10 locations. Seven types (sets) of installations for a natural gas boiler room are planned, depending on their minimum capacity, heater capacity and functionality, divided into two tasks, depending on the date of implementation, in quantities:

Task A - 55 gas boiler installations:

- Set I: a single-function boiler for natural gas with a thermal power of minimum 12 kW with a hot water heater with a capacity of min. 140 l, in an amount of 3 pieces;

- Set II: a single-function boiler for natural gas with a thermal power of at least 18 kW with a hot water heater with a capacity of min. 140 l, in an amount of 31 pieces;

- Set III: a single-function boiler for natural gas with a thermal power of at least 18 kW with a hot water heater with a capacity of min. 190 l, in the amount of 3 pieces;

- Set IV: a single-function boiler for natural gas with a thermal power of minimum 25 kW with a hot water heater with a capacity of min. 140 l, in an amount of 4 pieces;

- Set V: single-function boiler for natural gas with a thermal power of minimum 25 kW with a hot water heater with a capacity of approx. min. 190 l, in the amount of 1 items;

- Set VI: a dual-purpose boiler for natural gas with a thermal power of minimum 25 kW, in an amount of 12 pieces.

- Set VII: a dual-purpose boiler for natural gas with a thermal power of minimum 25 kW, in an amount of 1 piece - located outside the apartment building.

- Execution of the gas installation from the gas box to the heat source, in the amount of 3 pieces

Task B - 7 installations of a gas boiler room:

- Set I: a single-function boiler for natural gas with a thermal power of minimum 12 kW with a hot water heater with a capacity of min. 140 l, in the amount of 1 piece;

- Set II: a single-function boiler for natural gas with a thermal power of at least 18 kW with a hot water heater with a capacity of min. 140 liters, in an amount of 5 pieces;

- Set VI: a dual-purpose boiler for natural gas with a thermal power of minimum 25 kW, in the quantity of 1 pieces.

- Execution of the gas installation from the gas box to the heat source in the amount of 7 items

- In the case of double-function boilers, the ordering party requires the supply of boilers with 4 connection nozzles (2 stub pipes for every + 2 hot water connectors).

1. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the Investment, on dates:

Task A - until 15/12/2019.

Task B - until 30.6.2020.

Subject to the provisions of 2 and 3.

2. It is required that the installation within one building within the scope of Task A does not last longer than 1 day and not longer than 2 consecutive business days - 2 days for each installation in the scope of task B. It is not allowed that without reasonable causes The Contractor interrupted the started work in the scope of one building.

3. The Contractor, performing Task A, is required to obtain a written statement from the Dweller regarding the consent for the installation to be made within the deadline indicated above. In the event that the Resident does not agree to the installation - the Employer will postpone the date of implementation of these installations for the period from 16.4.2020 to 22.5.2020. The Employer stipulates that both the consent and the lack of consent must be expressed by the Resident in writing.
