Ticketing and direct information services to the public in Modena, Reggio Emilia, Piacenza, Castelfranco Emilia, Pavullo, Vignola, Sassuolo, Mirandola and Carpi, telephone and social media information services regarding fares and penalties for travelers, network and service hours, booking on-demand services and switchboard and other ancillary activities of distribution of travel tickets and commercial promotion in the Modena basins, Reggio Emilia and Piacenza
Services of:
(a) issue of subscriber cards, sale of travel documents and other activities ancillary to the issue of cards and the sale of tickets at company ticket offices equipped with electronic ticketing systems;
b) information and commercial promotion to the direct public, telephone (call center) and with social media on fares, travel tickets and penalties to travelers, network and service hours,
(c) company switchboard,
d) receipt of reservations by telephone and via APP of on-demand transport services,
(e) other ancillary activities such as counting and/or transport of valuables;
f) local cleaning and small ordinary maintenance to the premises on loan,
(g) collection of valuables from issuers of land travel documents;
(h) the distribution of tickets to the network of authorised dealers.
The activities referred to in points (a), (b), (c) and (d) shall be considered as principal activities.
The activities referred to in points (e), (f), (g) and (h) are to be considered as secondary activities.
The activities indicated in points e), g) and h) are to be considered secondary and possible activities.
Contract period of 3 years with the right of any renewal expressed from year to year for a further two years and possible technical extension of a maximum of 6 months further.
