Rijkswaterstaat is responsible for the waterway marking on the Rijkswateren. With approximately 22,000 fixed and floating objects, the waterway marking contributes to a smooth and safe flow of shipping traffic on the waterways.
The client uses, among other things, racon beacons for the purpose of the floating marking.
The contractor must mainly perform the following:
The scope includes:
• Supplies of racon beacons
• Maintenance of racon beacons
• Preparing and transporting racon beacons for transport
• Setting up and managing a Maintenance Management System (OMS)
• Productverbetering
•Deliberation
•Advice
• Reports
With the aforementioned scope, the Client aims to maintain all common functions of the racon beacons on floating waterway marking and, where necessary, to improve them.
