The object of the order is the subject of the order is the delivery, implementation, installation and integration of the MP System and the e-services system together with the staff of the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Lodz in the framework of the implementation of the project “Introduction of modern e-services in entities curative supervised by the Minister of Health”. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include the Description of the Order Subject (including the annexes), constituting the Annex to the SWZ.
