The Danish Administration and Service Agency offers delivery of promotional items. The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the Client's ongoing need for delivery of goods with logos to all parts of the Ministry of Taxation's group.

The contracting entity estimates that purchases will be made for approximately DKK 3.5 million during the contract period. These quantities are indicative only and have been estimated on the basis of historical consumption, planned acquisitions and represent the contracting entity's best estimate of what will realistically be spent. Thus, consumption may differ both upwards and downwards.

The contracting entity expects to consume a maximum of DKK 5.7 million during the contract period. The difference between this quantity and the estimated quantity indicated above represents the contracting entity's best estimate of the additional consumption that may result from changing political priorities, changing policy decisions, changes in consumption patterns, increased staff numbers and unforeseen price levels.
