The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity in a fixed price model, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) by the Cracow University of Technology to electricity collection points. This order does not include electricity distribution services.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including locations and description of electricity collection points, is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ constituting an integral part of this Terms of Reference.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have a concluded and binding agreement, i.e. the so-called General Distribution Agreement, with the local Distribution System Operator (hereinafter: DSO), on the basis of which it may sell electricity via the distribution network of this DSO to all facilities indicated in Annex 3 to the Terms of Reference.

16 collection points in the C1x and C2x tariffs and 5 collection points in the B23 tariff. The estimated amount of electricity ordered (volume) is 12 600 MWh.
