The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training (Udir) shall develop an online support resource aimed at new arrivals who want to work in Norwegian nurseries, schools and wraparound care. The support resource is intended to provide competence, both to unskilled and skilled workers, about important laws and regulations, guidelines, values, culture and practice in Norwegian nurseries, schools and wraparound care, and thus provide interested new arrivals with better prerequisites for quickly finding work in nurseries, schools and wraparound care. The objective of the contract is that this should also help meeting the challenge many Norwegian nurseries and schools have in obtaining adequate and well-qualified personnel as a result of the increased number of new arrivals, especially from Ukraine.

When we in this notice refer to "nurseries and schools" it includes, private and public nurseries, primary wraparound car and sixth form colleges, unless otherwise specified.

The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training (Udir) hereby invites tenderers to submit tenders for an assignment regarding the development of the academic content of the online based support resource. The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training (Udir) is the project owner and shall manage and coordinate the work. The contract is subject to political decisions which can result in changes to the scope of the assignment.
