Framework agreement for the supply of active electrical energy and supply of natural gas with transmission as well as balancing and modulation responsibility, capacity mechanism, EWCs, storage cost with associated services, for different delivery points of the Electricity and Natural Gas Control Group. This is a contract awarded in a grouping of order, the City of Chalon-Sur-Saône has been appointed coordinator of the group. Each lot is a multi-awardee framework agreement concluded pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Public Procurement Code, concluded with a maximum in quantity, in accordance with Article R2162-4 of the Public Order Code and which will result in the conclusion of one or more subsequent contracts under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-7 to R2162-10 of the Public Order Code

Multi-awardee framework agreement concluded without a minimum quantity but with a maximum quantity of 35,471 megawatt hours over the entire duration of the framework agreement. The Framework Agreement will result in one or more subsequent contracts. The Framework Agreement shall run from the date of its notification until 31 December 2025.
