The purpose of this special technical clauses (CCP) is to define the conditions for the provision of reception, guarding and surveillance services for the facilities of the national computer center for higher education through fire safety, as well as assistance to people. The services must make it possible to monitor access to the establishment's premises, to prevent, intervene, and control any suspicious action on the site, to receive, to inform, to filter any person who asks for access to it and to rescue any individual in difficulty.
