Establish a framework for the identification of candidates for shortlists relating to senior roles at the FCA and PSR. The roles will be Head of Department and Director roles as well as Non-Executive Directors and Panel Members.

This includes Head of Department and Director level roles that require a proven track record in both internal and external communications covering strategic, corporate, and business and consumer communications
This covers Head of Department and Director level roles which require an understanding and experience of data and technologies, such as cloud or SaaS
This includes appointments to Non-Executive Director roles and to the four Panels set up to advise and challenge the organisation’s thinking when developing policies and other regulatory interventions.
Provision of resources to perform executive roles across the organisation on an interim basis.
