The purpose of this contract is to repair and reinforce fourteen tunnels in the Brussels-Capital Region. These tunnels can be classified into two groups depending on the type of repair and reinforcement to be performed. This contract is therefore divided into two lots: the first batch consists of tunnels in which routine purging and refitting work and cathodic protection are required (four works) and the second batch consists of tunnels in which routine purging and refitting work as well as sealing and surface earthworks must be carried out. carried out (ten works). Asbestos removal and removal of dusts charged with lead and heavy metals in some structures are also integrated into both batches.

The work to be performed mainly consists of the following:

Lot 1:

— construction site installation, preparations;

— hydrodemolition/purges;

— reaccreditation;

— injections of cracks;

— electrochemical protection of concretes;

— asbestos removal and removal of dusts charged with lead and heavy metals.

The services to be performed for each work are described in the technical specifications all services necessary to meet the contractual obligations during the guarantee period.

Pack 1 includes the following tunnels:

— Throne (347 ml);

- Tervueren (198 ml);

— Namur Gate (65 m);

— Boileau (50 ml).

The second lot is tunnels in which routine purging and refitting work, as well as sealing and earthworks on the surface are to be carried out (ten works).

The work to be performed mainly consists of the following:

Lot 2:

— construction site installation, preparations;

— Extrado waterproofing, earthworks and pavements (for part of tunnels);

— hydrodemolition/purges;

— reaccreditation;

— passivation of steels;

— injections of cracks;

— asbestos removal and removal of dusts charged with lead and metals.

The services to be performed for each work are described in the technical specifications all services necessary to meet the contractual obligations during the guarantee period.
