The swimming hall of the target of the acquisition is located at: Lepopirtintie 80, 02570 Siuntio. Siuntio swimming hall is located in the premises of Hotel Siuntio. The place was previously referred to as Siuntio Spa.
The tendering process will be carried out in an open procedure, on the basis of which one (1) tenderer with the highest number of points will be selected as the service provider of the entity. If several tenderers receive the same number of points, the contracting entity draws lots for the selected tenderer. The lottery is a method accepted by case law.
The estimated start date of the agreement is 1.10.2023. The contract period is 1.10.2023 - 30.9.2025 + possible option period 1.10.2025 – 30.9.2027. The total contract period can therefore be 4 years (2 years + 2 option years). The Client decides on the exercise of the option separately before the end of the actual contract period.
The contract starts at the earliest when the procurement decision has become final.
Detailed tasks, schedules and other practical matters will be agreed upon in more detail with the selected service provider.
The customer will arrange for the bidders to visit the swimming hall on Wednesday 26.7.2023 at 13.00-15.00. At the introductory event, the Customer will present the facilities and equipment of the swimming hall and receive any additional oral questions related to the invitation to tender. Visiting the property is not mandatory.
Additional questions concerning the tender must be submitted in accordance with the tender documents in the Tender Service portal by 7.8.2023 by 12:00.
