2. The detailed range of services subject to this order is determined by the Description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

Given that, in accordance with § 6 (1) of the Model Agreement, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ, the Contracting Authority provided for a flat remuneration for the implementation of the subject of the contract, it is recommended that the Contractor make a local vision, read the contents of this Chapter in particular Annex No. 1 to SWZ and also earned at its responsibility and risk, any additional information that may be necessary to prepare the offer and conclude the contract and execute the order.
