Project management contract for the rehabilitation of a berthing quay and the replacement of an access bridge

The work belongs to the category, infrastructure rehabilitation operation of Article R2431-3 4° of the Public Procurement Code. A feasibility study has already been carried out and will be made available to applicants.

The mission of the project manager includes: pre-project studies, project studies, the tender file, the analysis of tenders, execution studies including partial execution studies and approvals and finally the assistance provided to the project owner during acceptance operations without monitoring the reservations and the guarantee of perfect completion.

The estimated cost of the work is €2,330,000 excluding VAT. The estimated duration of the work is 11 months, including the preparation period. The duration of the project management contract shall be understood to be from the date of its notification until the notification of the admission report by the contracting authority.
