The Government Administration Services would like to enter into a framework agreement for components and software licences for a wireless network with the accompanying maintenance contract.

The awarding authority has a need to join up with a supplier with total responsibility for the delivery of components and software licences for a wireless network, as well as for the maintenance of new and existing components.

The contract is intended to cover the procurement of components and software licences for a wireless network as well as maintenance of the equipment in such a way that the awarding authority covers its need in a uniform way. The contract is meant to be dynamic so that it can be updated when new products come onto the market, old products are replaced and new needs occur, as long as these naturally belong within the contract's scope.

The supplier shall in addition offer personnel that can assist the awarding authority in situations of reduced capacity at the awarding authority, or the when the awarding authority would like extra stand-by.
