Kautokeino municipality hereby invites turnkey contractors to a tender contest above the EEA threshold value in accordance with the Regulations' parts 1 and 3 for the project ‘Kautokeino school’. The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract with a Turnkey contractor and its contract partner for the zoning, engineering design, demolition, construction and experimental operation of the school, swimming pool and sports hall. The school must have all the primary school functions.

The existing school buildings must be demolished. An implementation procedure has been chosen based on a ‘development contract/partnering contract’ for the project. See the attached contract documentation.

The project shall include zoning plans, engineering design services, planning and execution of:

1) a 1st -10th year school;

2) a sports hall integrated in the school;

3) outdoor areas for the new school and associated facilities;

4) a swimming pool with a length of 25 m, a width of 8.5 m integretad in the school;

5) the demolition of the existing school.

The contract value is a fixed price: NOK 190 000 000 excluding VAT.
