The purpose of the Tender is to conclude an Agreement with one service provider in the field of Virtual Event Platforms. The intention is that the Framework Agreement will come into effect on 1 April 2022.

The acquisition by means of a European public tender of the right to use an application that allows virtual conferences where the Contractor has to take care of the hosting, manage the application and provide support in the use of the application during conferences.
