For each French coastline, it is requested in the context of this contract: the production of a report for the public debate at the scale of the maritime facades on the ecosystem and the physical environment; the production of effect risk maps for avifauna, marine mammals, fish, mega invertebrates and benthic habitats; the production of an integrative map for marine biodiversity; strategic environmental assessment; conducting technical studies and mapping according to public requests

This contract covers six distinct services related to offshore wind planning and the marine environment, for all four metropolitan coastlines. These services are described in the CCTP:-Service 1, Realization of reports for public participation for each of the 4 French facades. This service includes the presentation of the situation of the existing environment of the project owner file at the scale of the façade for the ecosystem and the physical environment. This service also includes the production and presentation of maps relating to offshore wind for the compartments for which geolocated data are available: avifauna, marine mammals, fish and mega invertebrates and benthic habitats. -Provision 2: Definition of a methodology to improve the sensitivity maps produced for the previous public debates of Ao4 to 7 for avifauna, marine mammals, fish and mega invertebrates and benthic habitats. -Service 3: Support to the State to organize answers to questions and public events.-Service 4: Production of a single integrative map for the 4 compartments, for each of the 4 facades.-Service 5: Drafting for each of the 4 facades of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the priority areas identified for the development of offshore wind by the State following public consultation. Its content must comply with the provisions of Article R. 122-20 of the Environmental Code. -Service 6: Realization of technical studies and maps according to the requests of the public, the Special Commission of Public Debate (CPDP), the environmental authority or if the state wishes to deepen a subject
