The target of the procurement is the provision of entrepreneurship education services for teachers and pupils in grades 6 and 9 of comprehensive school as a physical and functional entity in Finnish. During the academic year, every 6th and 9th grade of tampere city schools participates in the entrepreneurship education service once during the school year.

Pupils in grades 6 and 9 make use of the educational entity and use the physical learning environment in the study of entrepreneurship education in accordance with the objectives of the curricular subjects and transversal competences.

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, commissioned by the City of Tampere's basic education, will put out to tender an entrepreneurship education training package for the 6th and 9th grades of comprehensive school, which meets the objectives described below. The training entity consists of different components: a physical and functional learning environment for pupils, learning materials based on the curriculum of pupils and teachers, proactive training of teachers. The services to be procured, including materials, are produced in Finnish.

Working life skills and entrepreneurship is one of the areas of wide-ranging competence in the basics of the national curriculum for basic education. Pupils should acquire skills that promote interest and a positive attitude towards work and

towards working life. Through authentic experiences, students realize the importance of work and entrepreneurship, the possibilities of entrepreneurship, and their own responsibility as a member of the community and society. The pupils' knowledge of working life will also be strengthened, they will learn an entrepreneurial way of working and they will realize the significance of the skills acquired at school and in their free time for their own careers.

The training module brings added value to the implementation of interdisciplinary cooperation in a phenomenon-based manner and to the participation of students and global thinking. The educational entity must function as part of the school's activities and teaching and illustrate what the knowledge learned at school is needed for in society and life. The training package must strengthen pupils' and teachers' knowledge and competence in economics, working life and entrepreneurship. The training module increases pupils' knowledge of sustainable development.

All 6th and 9th graders of the Finnish-speaking comprehensive schools of the City of Tampere have the opportunity to participate in the educational entity. In the school years 2022-2023, the schools of the City of Tampere have approximately 175 classes, there are about 82 6th graders and there are about 93 93 93th graders. Private and contract schools themselves are responsible for participation in cooperation with the supplier.

The journalist also commits to the ethical principles of the City of Tampere and the Basic Education Act. The operations follow the guidelines of the Finnish National Agency for Education and the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority: Cooperation, marketing and sponsorship between schools and educational institutions, as well as companies and communities. The Supplier is responsible for ensuring that the services it produces or the related material, when used in accordance with the agreement, do not infringe the patent, copyright or other intellectual property rights of a third party valid in Finland. The service provided must comply with the invitation to tender.
