The tendering process is divided into the following sub-entities:

1. Lime, Ca(OH)2 (wastewater treatment)

2. Ferris sulphate (Fe2(SO4)3) (waste water treatment)

3. Lime suitable for regulating the pH and alkalinity of effluents (wastewater treatment)

4. Ferrous sulphate (FeSO4) (wastewater treatment)

5. Aluminum sulphate (wastewater treatment)

6. Methanol (CH3OH) (wastewater treatment)

7. Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) (wastewater treatment)

8. Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) (pure water treatment)

9. Lime granules (CaCO3) (clean water treatment)

10. Calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)2) (treatment of clean water)

The tendering process is carried out in an open procedure, and one tenderer with the highest score in the comparison is selected as the contract supplier for each sub-entity. The selection criterion for the tendering process is overall economic affordability, with the weight of the price being 100 points in each sub-package. The minimum requirements for the quality of the object of procurement allow comparison only with the price. If several tenderers receive the same number of points, the contracting entity shall draw the successful tenderer. A draw is a method accepted by jurisprudence.

The contract period is fixed-term one (1) year and the contract includes the possibility to extend the contract period by one (1) option year. The option period is automatically introduced on the original terms of the contract, unless the contracting entity notifies otherwise no later than four (4) months before the end of the actual contract period.

The starting point for the agreement period is 1.2.2023. However, the contract will start at the earliest when the procurement decision has become final.
