This is a European Public tender from RadboudUMC. The tender was organized to contract a partner who is able to provide the UMC with new monitoring equipment and associated infrastructure in the coming years and, in collaboration with our medical technology and clinical physics department, to keep this essential equipment efficiently available to RadboudUMC for at least the next ten years.

To this end, UMC wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one partner for the duration of at least ten (10) years to enable the delivery and use of the desired equipment and associated infrastructure. In addition, an additional agreement will be concluded to make appropriate service and maintenance agreements for the intended period of use.

Replacement and renewal of patient monitoring monitors and monitoring centers including all supporting infrastructure and necessary links with other medical equipment / devices for alamering and scientific data storage

In addition to the purchase, a supporting agreement will also be concluded with the supplier to be contracted to ensure that, on the basis of joint effort, the equipment can be used appropriately for at least 10 years for the monitoring of our most vulnerable patients.

Awarding takes place on the basis of the award criterion most economically advantageous tender based on the best price-quality ratio

To this end, UMC wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one partner for the duration of at least 10 years to enable the delivery and use of the desired equipment and associated infrastructure. In addition, an additional agreement will be concluded to make appropriate service and maintenance agreements for the intended period of use.

During the term of the framework agreement and cooperation period, UMC can purchase the necessary equipment as included in the agreement and, if desired, maintain it.
