4.2. The order includes the purchase and delivery of the tractor along with the fittings, i.e., a front-loader with a spoon for bulk materials and pallet forks, a tail-side beater mower, a sweeper, a snow-clearing plow for the Municipality of Ryka.

4.2. The order includes the purchase and delivery of a tractor along with the fittings, i.e., a front loader with a spoon for bulk materials and pallet forks, a tail-side beater mower, a sweeper, a snow-plough for the Municipality of Ryka meeting the following basic requirements:

— the tractor shall have all the documents necessary to complete the formalities associated with the entry into public roads and the instructions for use in Polish,

— tractor provided for work related to the maintenance of municipal roads mainly cleaning pavements, mowing roadsides, transport of building materials for the construction of roads and pavements,

— the expected operating time of the tractor during the year from 700 to 1,000 Mth,

— factory equipment new, complete, unused, free of design, material execution and legal defects,

— the tractor must be adapted for outdoor storage or in an unheated garage. The Contractor shall, on the date of delivery, train at least 3 persons indicated by the Contracting Authority, in the field of operation, maintenance, minor repairs, operation, reviews of the delivered vehicle with accompanying equipment. Training time — at least 5 hours (at the Contractor's expense),

— the tractor must be able to connect accompanying equipment and equipment purchased jointly with the tractor and the agricultural trailer.
