The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of transport of disabled children and youth (including wheelchair users) from their place of residence to schools and specialist education institutions and their transport to their places of residence together with the provision of care during transport in the school years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025. A detailed description of the subject of the contract with an indication of the number of people covered by transport, delivery routes, the number of trips performed per day is included in the SWZ no. PR.271.10.2023. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids – for 4 parts of the contract. The Contractor may submit a bid for each part of the contract, the Contracting Authority does not limit the possibility of participation of Contractors in any parts of the contract. Transport will take place in accordance with the school schedule on all school days in the period from 01.09.2023 to 27.06.2025. with the exception of public holidays, holiday breaks, winter holidays and closures of educational institutions. The Contractor is obliged to provide permanent care for children during transport. Children will be transported from the student's place of residence or, at the justified request of the Contractor, from a place designated by the Contracting Entity.

The delivery outlets will be: SPS Warcz, ZKiW Bielkówko, SP Pręgowo and OREW Pruszcz Gdański. In scope I of the lot, contractors must have vehicles and staff necessary to perform this part of the contract in accordance with the conditions set out in the SWZ No. PR.271.10.2023.

In the scope of part II, contractors must have the vehicle and staff necessary to perform this part of the contract in accordance with the conditions set out in SWZ No. PR.271.10.2023.

In scope III of the lot, contractors must have the vehicle and staff necessary to perform this part of the contract in accordance with the conditions set out in the SWZ No. PR.271.10.2023.
